还有一种就是叉车线路出现故障，这种情况是也有可能出现叉车电瓶高温的，所以在司机使用叉车时需要经常用手感受叉车蓄电池的温度，如果在充电或者工作时温度不超过35℃，那就是正常的，但是环境温度也不能太低，在10℃的环境下，蓄电池的容量大约只有正常水平的60%左右，因此，要注意电动叉车的使用环境温度。
